One of the most picturesque villages on the peninsula of Door County, Wisconsin is the hamlet of Ephraim, which is situated on a bluff overlooking Eagle Harbor on the Green Bay side. This photo was taken just before the late day sun slipped behind Eagle Bluff on the opposite side of the harbor and as clouds rolled in from Lake Michigan to the east. Absolutely marvelous. It's hard to believe there are such beautiful places.... Look at the sky, and love the church steeples.
