You know you're getting cabin fever when ...

... splotches of cooking oil on the bottom of frying pans begin to look interesting.

I don't think we've had more than one day this month where the temperatures made it above the freezing mark. I'm officially tired of winter. It can go away now. kthxbai.

Guess I'm not the only one with cabin fever.

It seems it has been a bitter cold winter for many despite the dire predictions of global warming...the last couple of winters actually...Maybe the trend is reversing?

My son witnessed snow last year in Iraq apparently for the first time in history. He took photos of it falling...The UAE had snow a couple of days ago for only the second time in history, the first time was in December 2004.

I think this is a fine observation...I would probably have shot it too!

Quite the opposite problem here. The south of Australia hit 45.7C (114F) today. The hottest day in 70 years.

I like the abstract nature of the photo.
