Sisters in the snow

Besides the fog, the thing that attracted me to take this shot was the two trees in close proximity to each other. They merged together to form a complete whole. Standing together amid the uncertainty of a foggy world.

Kind of nice when people do that, too.

Fabulous use of tone here, James. Love the blue cast to this one. It just really sets the whole mood.

Saw this over on Flickr, and echoing my comments here - this is really nice, very evocative. I can just imagine my breath steaming as I stand there.

Great title - my sister is the thiner one on the left, unfortunately, I'm the thicker plump one on the right!!
