The theme at Thursday Challenge this week is "Old." Resisting the urge to post a self-portrait, I offer this sepia-toned reworking of a photograph posted last fall. Somehow I think the conversion to b/w helps bring out the texture of the gnarled roots better.My wife continually reminds me that I'm only as old as I think I am. Good thing, then, that I'm at that age when I keep forgetting how old I am.
