Lao Tzu variations

Variations on a famous saying by Lao Tzu, Chinese philosopher:

"Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish …

… and you get rid of him for an entire weekend."

… and he’ll bore you for a lifetime."

... and he’ll go into debt to buy a bass boat."

… and you’ll find bait in your fridge."

… and he’ll sit in a boat all day, drinking beer."

Any others?
