The second in a series of manipulated images to simulate a miniature display. This photo was taken from the rooftop of a parking garage across the street from the Elgin police station in late afternoon.Careful selections and blurs were added to create an alternative reality. Not sure that there's any deep meaning in what I'm doing. It's just fun.
